A sparkling twist on the girls’ night classic.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• .5 oz Thatcher’s Yumberry Liqueur
• .5 oz Pineapple Juice
• Avissi Prosecco

Directions

1. Combine Vodka, Yumberry Liqueur, and Pineapple Juice in a mixing tin
2. Fill shaker 2/3 with ice, cap, and shake vigorously
3. Strain into a martini glass
4. Fill glass with Avissi Prosecco
5. Garnish with Pink Cotton Candy
