Inspired by Italy

At the heart of Italian culture is aperitivo, the cherished ritual of pausing before dinner to sip, savor, and socialize. Whether it’s a spritz in hand at a lively café or sharing small plates with friends at a neighborhood enoteca, aperitivo is about slowing down to enjoy the moment. This tradition of joyful gathering, of turning the ordinary into something memorable, fills every bottle of Avissi Prosecco.

Our philosophy mirrors this Italian spirit–life is meant to be celebrated. Not just on special occasions, but every single day. With Avissi, you bring a pop of Italia home.

Aperitivo: Italy’s Art of Slowing Down

Across Italy, locals gather at cafés and wine bars to enjoy aperitivo, the pre-dinner ritual of sipping Prosecco or a spritz alongside small bites. From creamy burrata and prosciutto to marinated olives and crostini, these shareable plates prove that the best moments happen when good food meets even better company. Want to host like an Italian? It’s simpler than you think.

Inspired by Italian Artistry

Our label design draws inspiration from the stunning tilework in Venice’s St. Mark Square, paying homage to the intricate tilework, ornate mosaics, and the timeless elegance found throughout Italy’s piazzas and palazzos. Every bottle of Avissi is a small work of art, just like the culture that inspired it.
